Surely they (Commsec) have a trading room, with contact by email, snail-mail or telephone.I did share trading some years ago.
I got an agent,
if I wanted to buy/sell a share, I called the person.
but now my agent is commsec,I get a CDIA caccount.
how can I do the trading?
who I should call?

The truth is English is not always our first language and it's difficult to do things in your new country. Perhaps this is the case here...?The truth is ... you will need basic schooling (year 10 minimum) and basic intelligence to move ahead.

Go to the commsec web site;
https://www.commsec.com.au/default.aspx
Access your account;
Complete your personal contact details, including your email for electronic forwarding of contracts;
Create a watch list of the shares you are interested in;
Use the buy/sell tabs to process desired purchases or sales.
If you have any issues with the process, ring the commsec number and one of their customer service staff will happily address your enquiry and walk you through the process.
Good luck.
nulla nulla is a nice person, ... even on weekends when there is no trading!Thanks, you are very very helpful.

From the original post it would appear that "Steelcat" already has a "Commsec" trading account with a linked "CDIA" bank account.Hi Steelcat
Your CDIA account is just a bank account, which you will use to finance your trading.
You will need to apply for a trading account with Commsec to actually trade. You can do most of this online.
You will need to be able to prove your identity with a drivers licence etc.
