Recently while setting up a Margin Loan With Bank of Queensland (BOQ) for my wife. I had to ring them up to query a few things. To my surprise someone answered the phone in under 30 secs, and solved 3 problems in under 4 mins, emailed some forms to me, then called me back 20 mins later to confirm some details.
I was quite amazed at the level of customer service. I had heard that they where better than the big banks. Becuase I, like most people expect bad service and long delays talking to banks on the phone. Am now seriously considering moving my banking and margin loan over to them.
I bank with Westpac, invest and have a margin loan with Commsec(who i ready to leave), and have IInet as my ISP, and the customer service of those companies is appalling ( although IInet has a good product, just pray you don't have to call them! )
It got me thinking.... That how many other ASX listed companies have people out there had good dealings with in regards to customer service and satisfaction.
Happy customers means lots of good word of mouth, and customers that keep returning to the company and buying and using it's products and services, a sure sign of a well run company and hopefully a profitable one.
So what ASX listed companies have you had good dealing with that you would be happy to recomend to people????
