    Default Search function?

I'm new and the FAQ advises there is a search function on most pages. I must be blind as I can't find it...
    Can someone advise please?
I'm curious to search for specific shares.
    Many thanks

    Hi Rick,

The search function you will find in the Navigation bar above, in between 'New Posts' and 'Quick Links'. Just click on the word 'Search' and a box will drop down allowing you to enter your search term(s).

For more specific searches you are probably best to use the 'Advanced Search': http://www.aussiestockforums.com/forums/search.php

Some more tips on using ASF's search funtion here: http://www.aussiestockforums.com/for...ead.php?t=8380

P.S. Please note that if your account has not been correctly activated (or you are unregistered) the 'Search' option will not appear in the Navigation bar above. If this is the case, you will need to either register at ASF or if you are already registered, ensure that your email address is correct here: http://www.aussiestockforums.com/for...o=editpassword and change it if it is out of date.
