Just a question??
Has the easy money been made in the market the last few days?
Just wondering on the thoughts of long term investors.
For those who missed MBL at $61.00
The stock has really run its little ticker off to get up $79.00
However the volume on the rise is not massive.
I know the stock has bounced pretty hard.
Where do you see MBL by the end of the year?
Historically September has also been a poor month for investors.
I think reporting season has been positive.
Buying now or tomorrow would seem a little bit cheeky considering MBL has risen $17 in only a couple of days?
Profits will be taken at some point. Not everyone made a loss on the markets going down. Short selling is very big for a lot of fund managers.
One fund manager we manage lost 100% of its portfolio due to hedging. The other made 80%.
As an investor looking long term who missed out on the profits of the last couple of days would you still wait for the market to settle?
The charts do look ugly.
Stocks like NAB and ANZ, and WBC, and QBE have made great recovery, could this spur on for new highs now?
Whats your feeling?
I believe long term we are looking good, and NAB MBL and WBC at their lows will not be seen again anytime soon.
