send them and email,documenting all the times that you have tried to call them and they have promised to call back and if possible the names of the people you have spoken to,tell them how disappointed you are with their lack of service and to please call you back,Bet they will.This time though answer the call,or they will hang you out to dry.
I'm really surprised at the above problems. This has never happened to me.
Granted, I've sometimes waited something close to 10 minutes but have always got a very pleasant person who has been polite and patient even when I've asked them to go over the details a couple of times.
What area of the ATO are these difficulties coming from?
