I've been investing in stocks for the past 3-4 years. It started well with investments into three companies, two of which I've sold at a profit and one I still own. However, my current portfolio is now down 65% from the purchase price.
I invested heavily into Slater and Gordon (SGH) thinking they were a good buy at $2.60 but now they have tanked to $0.70.
I've essentially lost $10k on my investment money from this which I'm struggling to deal with a bit. I'm kind of keeping my head in the sand as I don't want to sell out now and accept the losses, so not sure what to do next? Do I just hold onto them? Sell them and move on? I'll have to make 370% on my current investments to get back to break even.
Appreciate the help as I've never been in this position before.
