Yep fantastic and doesn't sound at all complicated. Probably seems too simple to some.
If a bargain cannot be obtained today, the market will open again tomorrow offering you a fresh new opportunity and a new price.

Berkshire Shares Dwarf Returns on Buffett Farm: Chart of the Day
    By David Wilson

Feb. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Shares of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. have been far more rewarding for their longtime holders than owning a Nebraska farm has been for Warren Buffett, the company’s billionaire chairman and chief executive.

Buffett wrote about the farm in his annual letter to Berkshire’s holders, and the investment was cited in an excerpt that Fortune magazine published yesterday. He purchased the 400-acre property from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in 1986 for $280,000.

The CHART OF THE DAY compares the price of Berkshire’s Class A stock with the average price of Nebraska farmland from 1987, his first full year of owning the property, through last year. Farm prices per acre are compiled annually by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
