The only catch? You could be paying it off for the next decade as a portion of your monthly income.
If you're seriously tempted, you're not alone.
Ordinary people are opting to crowdfund their lives online, signing away a portion of their earnings for the next decade in exchange for a cash injection upfront, the NY Mag reports.
The concept was pioneered by American football player Arian Foster who offered fans the chance to buy a stake in his future, auctioning off 1.06 million shares at $10 each through company Fantex.
Mr Foster would get $10 million upfront in exchange for paying Fantex 20 per cent of his future income, while shareholders could trade the 'stock' among themselves.
