    Default Roth IRA equivalent?

Hey guys, so I read the Boglehead's book a while ago, and it talking about how you can invest a maximum of $4,000 every year tax deferred, and you can withdraw from it whenever you want (Except you won't get interest), something like that. Is there something like this in Australia? I know there's Super, but I'm not sure if they're the same thing or not.
