    Default Land opportunities

As there is no thread that fits the criteria of the subject I am putting forward and feeling it may be useful for members and myself to look at opportunities in the current eco climate in land I submit the following to start things off.

Have a mate returning from overseas next year who is looking for land on which to build somewhere on the Mornington peninsula. 800 to 600 sq metres

Do any members have ideas on this front?

Not sure where you're going with this one explod, but I'm looking at land around Whittlesea in north of Melbourne. Can buy acres up there and it's about 1 hr from Melbs....Gold mine.

I've checked out the Peninsula but more for a holiday house. It's too much of a commute to be doable on a daily basis to Melbs. Unless you have a chauffeur with Rolls and do work on the way to and from.
