What is your opinion on home loans that are only accessible online and what is your opinion about home lenders that are only available through a website (i.e. they have no bricks and mortar branches)?
The first scenario probably doesn't worry too many people nowadays seeing as internet banking is widely available. Perhaps older people are less inclined to think so?
In the second scenario, you obviously can't go in and see a real person when you have an important question or when you have an issue to resolve. Do you see this as a problem? What value do you put on being able to actually go in and physically see a person?
