Just some musings about what is "real" and how we spend so much energy trying to create or deny or ignore the world around us with varying degrees of success.
To kick it away :
1) If one can create enough buzz about a "Blue Sky Mining" stock then other punters will join the throng push up the price and if we are clever we can get out with a motzer. The oldest game in the book obviously. We just created a temporary but profitable reality
2) We quietly discover that our partner is seeing someone else. We are in a turmoil but decide not to blow up the relationship and attempt to be more attentive (or perhaps we start to safeguard our assets ? ). Over the next few months the relationship improves and we discover that the fling is finished and life goes on.
3) We feel that living poor is for suckers. We start to spend up big. The first second and third credit card is maxed out. The home loan is overdrawn. Within a year we just can't make the payments and we have to face bankruptcy or whatever result that comes from too many debts and too little income. (Or do we have to ?)
