I'm having a nightmare getting a clear and current picture of my accounts with UBank. At the moment there is no evidence from the website of a transfer to a linked account with NAB that I put through yesterday about 3.15pm. I phoned them and was told that it would be processed today and I'd see it this afternoon. They couldn't tell me when the funds would reach the Nab, which I understand except that I made the transfer yesterday because I need cleared funds in the other bank on Monday.
And I mean NEED. This is for the settlement on our Very Small Farm, the house and 5 acres where I intend to live till the end of my life.
I knew from previous experience that UBank's website is a disaster and can be very misleading, but I've found their phone service to be very good - no doubt it has to be. This is the first time the poor bunny on the phone line has been unable to sort things out quickly.
The interest rate is good, but there's no way I'm staying with UBank after this.
