I have on occasions voted Labor and consider many Labor identities amongst my close friends.
I do however feel that this iteration of Labor is unfit to govern the country , no matter how many hairy legged feminists they manage to muster to make a majority appear legitimate.
The stench that is NSW Labor extends right to the steps of the Federal Parliament and in to the upper echelons of the ALP..
One Mr. Kazal, a developer of buildings in Sydney had been entertaining much of the Cabinet of Australia last year at dinners , in the company of a NSW Minister who is now accused of taking freebies from Mr.Kazal.
http://www.smh.com.au/national/prope...902-14rpj.htmlONE of Sydney's powerful Kazal property family, Charif Kazal, arranged more than $6000 worth of business-class airline upgrades for the Fair Trading Minister, Virginia Judge, on a trip to the Middle East last year.
A Herald investigation this week revealed the Kazals had retained a senior official from the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority in a secret arrangement during 2007 and 2008 while negotiating over a multimillion-dollar taxpayer-owned property at The Rocks.
New details are now emerging of their extensive influence among Australia's political elite.
The Herald has also learnt that Karl and Charif Kazal hosted the former prime minister, Kevin Rudd, and Julia Gillard, when she was deputy prime minister, at separate functions in 2008 and last year at their restaurant in The Rocks called Amoroma.
And this is from the Sydney Morning Herald, a publication popular in Sydney, I am told, which is supportive of the ALP.
So the rats are deserting the ship.
If Gillard does get a majority, she will have very little legitimacy.
