    Default Willpower

Avoiding a situation seems a better way to give up than relying on willpower. Acknowledging weak willpower is better than thinking you can give up because your willpower is strong.

Avoidance doesn't deal with the issue. The best method is to face the issue and beat it (not necessarily with willpower alone though).
