I've been having trouble sleeping lately. My usual routine was bed by about 10.30 to 11 and awake by 6.30 to 7. Now I'm in bed at 11 but usually don't get to sleep to 12.30 - 1. Still up at 6.30 to 7 though.
Does anyone know why this would be happening? it's very annoying. anyone know of any ways to get to sleep quicker too?
