Just have a question for you all regarding the issuing of "options convertible into ordinary shares of a company" Appendix 3B.
These options have been given to senior execs and I am wondering what the value of them is. The exercise price for each option is nil and they expire at a future date.
So does that mean that you still pay the value of the share at the date of exercise or when you decide to exercise them they are then worth whatever price they are trading at.
So for example if I get issued with a 100 of these and they are trading at $1 do I have to pay a $100 to exercise them today? Or if I exercise them in a years time and they are trading at $2 does it then cost me $200.
Its probably straight forward as I say but your help is appreciated.
