trying to get my head around what makes a job satisfying?
e.g. for an accountant/financial/business related who are punching numbers in all day - how would it be satisfying for them? e.g. when they hit retirement they can look back on their life and say "i accomplished so many budget sheets"
say a teacher or nurse get satisfaction from helping others in their education or treatment..
does this come down to individual differences
someone care to explain or join in the discussion
