The Government has already outlined projects to be paid for from the $20 billion Building Australia fund coming out of consecutive Budget surpluses.
Don't want to get into a debate on politics or whether we should or not borrow money.
Obviously some companies will significantly benefit from this significant infrastructure spend. A lot of the engineering/construction companies are already going flat out on mining projects.
Question is, which companies benefit from transport system spending? A few companies come to mind when it comes to roads, but can't think of any in regards to public transport
