To buy something like clothing because its cheaper from somewhere like China is one thing, but its a totally different kettle of fish when you have to eat it! And its not only food. Even though they are much cheaper, I wont buy any vitamins from the USA. Their laws are pathetic. Australian companies need to get TGA approval to sell all vitamins and meet claims. In the USA, they do not. In fact, over there its up to the FDA to PROOVE that the vitamin doesnt do what it claims, or doesnt have in it what its supposed to. You think it would be the other way around. And there are literally thousands of vitamin/supplement companies in the US, so only a small few actually get caught. Countries like Thailand and China are far, far worse with their regulations.
