Cancelled orders

Good morning,

Simple question; if an outstanding order is cancelled, (CommSec); is the brokerage fee charged? Or does that only occur when any portion of the order is filled? Ie, if none of the order was filled, & the order expires / is cancelled, is brokerage still charged?

You are correct, brokerage is only charged if partial order is filled.

If you cancel the whole order (not part thereof) or it expires, brokerage is not charged.
