Wanting opinions on a stock

Setting up a 'flyer' portfolio in which I am accumulating bits and pieces which I feel have the possibility of flying in the future. One of these is a company called Latin Gold (LAT) which has an interesting history. I would like to start a thread to this as I would like get others thoughts on it - can someone tell me how do I go about getting it started
