My questions?

HI all,

Just a few more questions to get the ball rolling...

"Looks like it should find support around $2.00"
Does this mean that the SP should not fall below $2?

Resistance, when people refer to this, is it an indication of where the SP hit last time before it went bearish?

Can someone give me an indication as to what they use the market capital for? I undertand the bigger companies have a larger market cap, but in laymans terms, what do you get from this figure? Ie risk?

There are more.. maybe soon I will remember them....

If you do a Google search on support & resistance for shares you'll find quite a few references that will explain what they are and how they're used.

Here's one (http://www.metaquotes.net/techanalysis/support) and here's another (http://www.asx.com.au/research/charting/library/support_resistance.htm).

Cheers,
GP
