I have just purchased Deepinsight trading software.
I am having trouble downloading during realtime.
Is there anyone who is using deepinsight and it is working OK.

WOW tommy excellant purchase, Ive always thought I was the only one who knew about DeepInsight, & isn't it excellant. Sum people have bagged me in a different thread about certian software & what it can do/whats best. and I was talking about having/finding software that can read the future. Don't worry I had a few words to say & I never sold DeepInsight as a link, cause I'm to proud. Because I use the Star trader I have never needed to use it, although I think is about time I start, just for the practical knowleadge, excitment & to see just how correct it is. You know if I had of known about DeepInsight before I purchased the Star Trader, I don't think I would of bothered although the Trader has a lot to offer & it can't be beatin.:eek7:

I notice that I needed a Metastock folder, something I dont have? Make sure you Import your data first. Try clicking on the Manual button, find 'Help topics' go to find & maximize capabilities and see what you can find?
Is Deep insight dependant on Metastock only? if so how do I get a folder? (anyway)
Good luck on your venture with deepInsight. Looks to be a lot involed. Share your exsperance I would really appreciate it. softy1@iinet.net.au More importantly I would really like to know how correct thier predictions are, & I will be more than happy to help with any concerns you may have.

I just had a look at the website and it says real-time ASX data isn't available - only US data is.

Real-time meaning interday day right. But do they have ASX data at all?

I purchased end of day and at this stage I need to download the next morning.
They have aussie data (.AX) and UK (.L)
Anyone running this program?

Fair Go Tommy, Have you tryed going RtPro, it seems only the pro's get intraday data. cheekit on the web site?
