Commsec website down?

Are you having trouble with the online trading platform (website) or the protrader platform you have installed on your computer?

seems to be working fine now, it wasn't giving me any quotes for the shares, just came up with invalid for them all

I find this happens from time to time, especially weekends or Monday mornings, wish they'd warn us- not good customer service.

All came up as invalid stock code - and I was trying to read past announcements!!
OK again today - so at least it was temporary!

yeah it is a little disconcerting to see, let's just hope that the position statement saying my portfolio value was 0 is never arises in reality

Am i the only one having trouble with Commsec today?

Screen freezing, log out, log back in, when it does work, its on a go slow.

Couldnt place orders yesterday, kept logging me out, or saying that codes were wrong.

Everything else i have open is working fine, just commsec.:banghead:

I dont know why they continue to have probems, this has happened a few times to me. And its very frustrating.

I have a detailed list of problems that i will be sending through to them, not that it will get me anywhere. And from the people i speak to, commsec still appears to be the most reliable.

ruprect np at all... Yep I had a list of problems when I first joined and I sent them and email and nothing I heard nothing .... So I called them and still nothing...

But I guess at the end of the day I'm just a little fish in the big sea when it comes to the money and the accounts that commsec have... :D

I've had no troubles with comsec so far today - havn't placed any orders though....:)
Particular stock research info can be slow to unretrievable at times - maybe too many people trying access the same data. I e-mailed them about this and they said they would try to 'prioritise' recent announcements somehow.

Just wondering if any of you can help me out.
OSH is showing that there is news (you know that little news symbol?) on Comsec but when I go into it the last ann was made on the 17th.
Anyone know if there is some new news out today? and if so can you let me know what its about or post it in the OSH thread.

Thanks guys, appreciate your replies. I'll keep at it. Yes, that research is sometimes non existent. Unable to retrieve data etc!

Mint, i cant see anything for OSH. Check out www.asx.com.au - left hand side, price sensitive announcements, view all recent, that gives you the announcements of the day. Has an easy refresh option - i find this much more reliable than commsec. They come up much quicker there, im talking minutes, but sometimes that is very important.

Anyone else having issues with Comsec this morning? I can log in ok, but can't seem to bring up my watchlists or search for any ASX codes.

I tried "CBA" and got the following error:

"No entries matched your specified code. Please use the search facility to find your desired code."

All working for me,could access my recent sales yesterday and they said it hadnt updated overnight so perhaps its that
