If so, how long have you been doing it and what do you like to brew?

If there are any home brewers out there, feel free to register and talk about beer and brewing at my new forum: http://www.brewersforum.com/forums/
It needs a bit of a kick in the pants like ASF did when I first started it.
If you have any friends into home brewing, do me a favour and spread the good word. :D
Cheers!

Not personally into it but I know the person responsible for this idea so take a look at http://www.abc.net.au/tasmania/stories/s1371205.htm
No idea what it tastes like but Amanda does actually have some qualifications at this so I guess it ought to be alright. And I've drunk some of her other brew before and it's not bad... :D
And if you're looking for more ideas, "How to" instructions etc then take a look at http://www.thbs.intas.net/

Tried it once, but exploded a few bottle is the back shed and the parents were not impressed.
Think I'll leave it to the professionals.
Have just got home from work and cracked a 6 pack of COOPERS PALE ALE tonight, going down very nicely!
Got to be a little patriotic to my states beer S.A.
Will be doing a few push-ups tomorrow to work of the carbs...LOL

I been brewing for a little under a year, actually doing quite nicely (only using kit beers) except for my second batch which was a little rough. Home Brewing still seems to be 98% cleaning.
Cheers for the link Joe

Thanks for registering and posting Mofra! I appreciate it.
I just set the forum up and forgot about it because ASF takes up too much of my time at the moment. Check back every now and again for new posts as there are a few people who keep on coming back. I just installed an image attachment hack so people can now upload pics of their brews in the Brewer's Gallery.
I do have some traffic heading there but its difficult to get forums off the ground. Feel free to refer any home brew mates you might have.
Cheers, and good brewing! :drink:

Hey Joe,
I attempted homebrewing for a while, made several batches of simple off-the-shelf mixes which our household enjoyed. I found the cleaning tiresome so haven't attempted a brew for a while. I did however start to meet some serious brewers who were in the process of creating chilli beer. Their enthusiasm to create something new and untested was pretty impressive. Chilli beer is something I would definatly try.
There are a number of weird and whacky recipes that I won't be trying until I am better and quicker with the hole process.
