My first aim is to look at commercial and retail property trusts. Peter Spann seems to intimate that you can make a good return on these and they have tax benefits and extra income.

Now I just gotta find time to read them.

I know virtually nothing about shares, and even less about Japanese shares. But I do know that prices have been dropping for about 15 years. Now the economy is improving and things are looking good.
