Advisors/Brokers recommend from specialist lists

I know there are a few here that feel as I do that 90% of Brokers/Advisors wouldnt know a good trading opportunity if it hit them in the back of the head.Have no idea what to do if a recommendation fails,worse how to guage a failure what risk management stratagies are (Other than Diversification) and how to make your money work consistently---all of it.

There arent to many specialist research lists that you hear of which are MUST haves.
