View Full Version : Why isn't NWS included in the S&P ASX100?

hello,

I was going to do some research and then realised that NWS wasn't in the ASX100 index. why isn't it included?? :confused:

also does anyone know where to find a list of stocks ordered by market cap, just like in the SMH. otherwise I'll have to type out 100 3 letter codes :eek:

NWS moved primary listing from Aust to US
They are listed there and part of the S&P 500 I believe.

I think Standard and Poors have some sort of rule that it can only be in one index but don't count on that

you can search for stocks by market cap and most other fundamental parameters at http://investor.ninemsn.com.au/investor/shares/finder/default.asp under the Advanced Finder button
