Anyone in Australia using Tradestation, can it read Metastock data or only proprietry Tradestation data. Thanks Fill

Most data suppliers will format data specifically for the software you are using.
Metastock has a downloader that can convert ascii or most anything else into M/S format Im sure Tradestation can do the same.
Just on Tradestation (which I have used but dont now).
Its ideal for trading Futures or singular stocks.(Devising systems for both).
It doesnt have a search function which makes searching for prospects tedious.
Although a M/S Tradesim user Im about to buy Amibroker which seems well ahead of most and very well priced.(AU$395)
