Currently I am trading with ETrade who is the best to trade with

I suppose everyone has their preferred broker. Me? When I traded in 2003 and 2004 I used Comsec. I paid $19.95 for online trades up to $10,000 and I believe they are still the same. There are certain conditions - have a look at http://www.comsec.com.au/LearningCentre/frame.asp.
