Ok I know that the SPI200 futures are traded, but I am after a product that mirrors exactly the XJO or a similar index.

To clarify this, the SPI200 futures for example follows the XJO index but not exactly. For example the XJO index may close higher for the day, but the SPI has closed lower. I am looking for a product that is tradable but has the same open, high, low and close as the actual index that is displayed in all the charts you see at brokerage sites and the newspapers every day. Not one that changes depending on the traders trading in it.
Does one exist???

Thanks!

yes this stock pays dividend. I think just over 3%, with FC, about 30%.

Hi Tradestation,

You may want to look at the CFD market on the ASX or OTC providers like MF global or IG Mkts. Their pricing mirrors the underlying cash market XJO, depending on their fair value model calculations. For more info on FV, http://www.indexarb.com/fairValueDecomposition.html
