$10 Transaction fee on commsec margin loan

Hi,

Can someone with a commsec margin loan please tell me if they are charged extra $10 'Transaction Fee' for margin loan buying/selling? Look at Margin_Lending -> Commsec Margin Lending->Variable rate loan (history).

ie. For <$10k I get charged $19.95 brokerage + $10 transaction fee. (all done through comsec).

(I intend to write letter of demand insisting they refund it as I see no indication in documentation / advertising saying it will be charged).

Don't worry I rang them and they showed me where the $10 fee is burried in the documentation. No mention of it on web site advertising.

Is BT or HSBC cheaper to trade with on margin?
