What orders get hit first?

When a certain price level is reached, what orders get filled first...at market or at limit orders?

And when an "at market" order gets filled, is it always the 1st sell order on the market depth screen that fills that order?

The time they get to the market determines which gets processed 1st.

Market buy order will start to fill from the 1st sell order
